Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the airdrop of non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) from “The Soundwaves Collection” to eligible Web3Inbox users who sign up for our notifications (“Notifications”) between 00:00 UTC, Tuesday 16 January 2024 and 23:59 UTC, Friday 26 January 2024 (“Eligible Users”). You acknowledge and agree to these Terms once you become an Eligible User. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice.

Each Eligible User is eligible to receive one NFT into their wallet within 72 hours from the moment they sign up for the Notifications. The NFT airdrop will be random, with Eligible Users receiving NFTs of varying values. The distribution of the NFTs does not entail the transfer of any copyrights or intellectual property rights associated with the NFTs, including the designs and/or the data contained therein. Should you receive such an NFT, you acknowledge that the NFT is provided solely for personal use and does not confer any ownership or rights over the underlying content.

We disclaim liability if the NFTs and/or their transfer encounter technical issues, malfunctions, or fail to perform as expected. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee any functionality, operability, or performance of the NFTs. You further acknowledge that the distribution of free NFTs is part of a campaign by us and does not establish any obligation, contractual relationship, or entitlement between you and us.

The receipt of such NFTs does not imply any debt, compensation, or ongoing commitment from us to you. You also understand and agree that we do not guarantee that the NFTs will hold their value or that you will be able to trade, sell or redeem them for any value whatsoever. The NFTs do not represent any stake, ownership interest, governance rights, or voting privileges in us, our products, services, or any affiliated entities.

You acknowledge that the NFTs are not investments, securities, or financial assets. We do not guarantee any future value, monetary gain, or profit from holding, selling, or trading these NFTs.

You understand and acknowledge that the NFTs are provided "as is" and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Should the NFTs not function properly or as expected, you acknowledge that you are not eligible for any substitute NFTs or cash value equivalents.

By accepting the NFTs, you release us from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or disputes arising from the receipt, ownership, or use of the NFTs. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any such claims or disputes. You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, tax filing, reporting and payment obligations might arise from your receipt and any subsequent use, sale or trading of the NFTs.

These Terms apply in addition to our terms and conditions found at http://web3inbox.com/terms-soundwaves and our Privacy Notice found at https://walletconnect.com/privacy or any of our other terms of service, as applicable. By participating in the airdrop of NFTs, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed and agreed to all such terms and conditions and Privacy Notice.
